Organizational Culture Committee
At RMHC Bay Area, our talent philosophy includes a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Through ongoing initiatives, education, and engagement, we continue to build a culture that embraces diversity and fosters belonging, ensuring that everyone feels empowered to contribute to our mission of supporting sick kids and their families. The Culture Committee, representing diverse voices from all levels and departments, serves as a hub for feedback and collaboration. Acting as culture ambassadors, the committee seeks input from peers, identifies opportunities for positive change, and leads initiatives that promote a thriving and inclusive workplace culture.
The committee meets monthly and supports four key areas:
