Celebrating One Year of Sushi Roku in Palo Alto — An Evening of Giving Back

To celebrate its first anniversary, Sushi Roku Palo Alto chose to give back, partnering with Ronald McDonald House Charities Bay Area for an evening filled with community, compassion, and connection. We were honored to join in the celebration and share our mission with guests.

Hosted by Lee & Megan Maen, Laura Boudreau, and Sharyn Bires, the September 25 event welcomed guests for a private cocktail gathering followed by dinner with 25% of dinner sales from the evening donated to support families with critically ill children at Ronald McDonald House.

Thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended, $3,600 was raised to help keep families close to the care their children need.

The evening was filled with heartfelt conversations, incredible food and drinks, and a shared sense of purpose. It was a powerful reminder of what happens when local businesses and community members come together to support a mission that matters.

“It means so much to us when partners like Sushi Roku use their platform to give back,” said Laura Boudreau, CEO, RMHC Bay Area. “Their support and the generosity of the community make a real impact on the families we serve every day.”

A huge thank you to Sushi Roku, Modern Luxury Silicon Valley, and HPD Public Relations for making this collaboration possible—and congratulations to Sushi Roku Palo Alto on an incredible first year! We’re so grateful to be part of this milestone.
