Our Relationship with McDonald's
From the moment the first Ronald McDonald House opened in Philadelphia, PA, the entire McDonald's system (owner/operators, suppliers, employees and customers) helped RMHC support families with sick children. Since then, McDonald's has been our mission partner and largest corporate donor.
The McDonald's restaurant owner/operators in the San Francisco Bay Area are generous and supportive of our efforts to serve families and positively impact our community. Their support goes beyond monetary contributions, they are active supporters of our core programs and also meticulously account for customer donations made through the donation boxes in the restaurants, seasonal shakes promotions, and the National RMHC in-restaurant fundraiser. McDonald's customers and McDonald's owner/operators, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity to the children and families we serve.
Although the McDonald's system is our largest corporate partner, RMHC of the Bay Area, Inc is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. RMHC of the Bay Area relies on the support of the entire community and greatly values donations from the community and other corporate partners.
